  3. Advanced User Search System:

  5.       Author searches:To search for a particular author, use the A/ search
  6.                       command followed by the author's name.
  7.  
  8.                            Example:   A/Hemingway, Ernest
  9.  
  10.       Title searches: To search for a particular title, use the T/ search
  11.                       command followed by the title.  Omit any leading
  12.                       articles such as THE, A, AN, LA, ...
  13.  
  14.                            Example:   T/Sun also rises

  16.       Subject searches:    To search for a particular subject, use the S/
  17.                            search command followed by the subject.

  19.                            Example:   S/Metals

  21.       Keyword searches:    To search for a keyword, use the W/ search
  22.                            command followed by the subject.

  24.                            Example:   W/Computers

  26.       Boolean Keyword:     To search for keywords with boolean operators,
  27.                            use the B/ search command followed by a
  28.                            keyword, then an operator, and then the second
  29.                            keyword.

  33.       Help:                To see help, type /HELP.

  41.       The Novice User Search System can be accessed at any time by typing
  42.       ?.  This novice mode is an easy to use menu driven method of
  43.       searching.  In addition, the novice mode also offers training on using
  44.       the Advanced User Search System.  Advanced User Search System
  45.       commands may be typed in at any novice level prompt.
